Definitely, get checked out by a doctor but you can do a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with mother in a glass with lemon and water once a day or take 2 cups water with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and, lemon, ginger and bring it to a boil let it sit for 15 minutes place into a glass jar and put in the fridge and take a shooter once a day to prevent stones. Works for me. Feel better.😊

I had no idea myself until recently but liquid Coffeemate (although seemingly tasty) is the WORST. Not even dairy or milk and made of vegetable oil and other additives to make the consistency "creamy". If you can't take black coffee, try alternatives for coffee creamer like oat milk with your preferred flavor syrup. I remember in another vlog you were moreso having coffee with your creamer type, than a splash of creamer with your coffee... so try looking at the ingredients. Im sure it is not helping the recurring stones. Whatever you ingest, however miniscule and frequency, may affect/trigger the recurring stones. Definitely be more intentional with what is ingested for your overall health.❤😊

I’m a preschool teacher, and we have the kids make little house shaped posters with pictures of family and pets and loved ones on it, and then we hang them up on the walls! It’s been sooo helpful for when the kids are feeling nervous! Your book idea is so cute!

Do you know about oxalates and kidney stones?

I’ve had 18 kidney stones with 5 Lithotripsy’s. My Doctor findly did a 2 day urine collection and I was put on Potassium Citrate 4 tablets a day.Best of luck, they are horrible painful. I always thought it feels like putting a burning ember into my kidney. 🙏

I’m a stone former and I have passed 12 already this year and every time I have a scan they always say yes you have two small stones 4.1 and 3.9 they come out and they are 9mm mine are always getting stuck they said it was something to do with my urine and I’m always going to form them strange my twin is the same ..I’m currently treating an infection of both kidneys pyelonephritis I’m currently taking antibiotics to treat the infection I also have kidney scarring from the constant UTI I get I live in England and they wasn’t treating the kidney infection as it wasn’t showing In my urine just on an ultrasound and CT so they wanted a urologist to see me but I could be waiting 6 months for an appointment yet I had symptoms infection including kidney spasms kidney pulling and mild pain and fever and vomiting it’s crazy I struggled to get an appointment at my GP ❤I hope you get to the bottom of it Rachelle as kidney stones they are so painful to pass sending you love ❤️i hope you see someone very soon who lets you know why you keep suffering ❤️

I got gall stones and it was terrible, rolling on the floor pain. I had to have my gallbladder out. Not the same but May be similar pain.

It might be good to have the stones tested but also have them check, your flow from your kidney's, how big/small your ureter is, how your kidney's look and function, so basicly very extensive testing for things like that, to see if they can find a cause.

Why didn’t you asked to have the paperwork done and bring them to your home with your car? I asked for that and they can make it happen. Always tell them I have little ones and cant be doing paperwork for hours end. My cars have been made to order like yours.

I had them 3 times and the last time my Dr. wanted to do what they called a dusting it is a day surgery it was worth every minute !!

Please get genetic testing done on yourself, as there is a genetic condition that making you more prone to kidney stones

You should have the kids grow apple seeds in a pot inside, and truely grow some "from scratch"!

Ughh I had kidney stones, it was horrible the 1st time. As soon as I started work the colicky spasms started. I knew i needed to go to the ER. The narcotics made me super nauseated and oral zofran didn't stop me from throwing up. I went back the next day. The 2nd ER trip the Dr prescribed Flomax ( smooth muscle relaxer, usually given to men) . After the 1st dose started working the stone passed! My second experience, ( new state) went to the ER. Only let them give me toredol ( non narcotic ) rx. Asked for a muscle relaxer. Had to wait till the next am to get it filled, a few hrs later the stone passed. Much quicker experience, still horrible. Wouldn't wish them on anyone. Feel better.

My brother-in-law use to get kidney stones all the time, his urologist told him to drink one glass of country time lemonade every day ..... and it helped, he hasn't had one in several years ..... might try that 🤷

My urologist never told me to, but I read online that apple cider vinegar has the acidic properties to help dissolve kidney stones. So I started drinking 2 tbls a day and lots of lemon water! Hoping you don't have any more!

Drink straight lemon juice as it’ll help break down the stones better than being cut with water.

Have you been put onto a low oxalate diet? Maybe check it out if you have calcium oxalate kidney stones.

You may need to add cranberry pills into your everyday routine

Not tea- oxalates have to be minimized. Filtered water really helped me (and my dog) !

Lemonade by itself works better than lemon water! I've had chronic kidney 😢stones since 2009, lucky I haven't had an attack in 2 years!!! Praying for you 🙏! Hope lemonade works .

I had a kidney stone when I was 12. Pain was on par with labor pains for sure

My dad use to get kidney stones and was in terrible pain everytime. He was airlifted to a special hospital that specialized in this and surgeon told him when the pain was at its worst before he got into hospital was to drink a beer. It relaxed the kidneys bladder and urethra. Really helped him.

Please stop drinking coffee!! My father had 6 kidney problems. Doctor said dairy and coffee causes kidney disease

Rachelle you may need Magnesium....The best absorbed & tolerated form is Magnesium Threoate...My chiro recommends drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water per day (if you are healthy with no kidney function issues) & anything with caffeine in it doesn't count...There is a book out there called Herbal Remedies that has taught me a lot about naturopathic remedies...Prayers that you don't have kidney stones again!
